NewsPlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale DLC confirmed
Sony has confirmed that their upcoming mascot brawler, PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, will have downloadable content in the future, post launch.
The DLC will come in the form of additional characters and environments, or stages. Currently, PlayStation All-Stars boasts a roster featuring 20 of Sony's most iconic characters including Nathan Drake, Cole MacGrath, Kratos, and Sweet Tooth. The roster doesn't feature Sony-exclusive characters only, however. Also playable are Big Daddy from the BioShock series and Heihachi Mishima from Tekken.
The game will also ship with 14 different stages each based on an area from a single franchise. After a certain amount of time, however, the stage will be "invaded" by elements of another franchise.
