NewsAssassin's Creed Anthology not scheduled for U.S. release
As it stands right now, Ubisoft currently has no plans to release the Assassin's Creed Anthology in the United States.
Following yesterday's leaked retail listing from Amazon France, which outed the Anthology, a Ubisoft representative confirmed that the bundle is not currently scheduled to release in the United States. Rather, it is set to release for Xbox 360 and PS3 exclusively through Amazon in Europe on November 29 for €150, and in the UK on November 30 for £119.99.
And what do you get for that? The Assassin's Creed Anthology bundles all five console games: Assassin's Creed, Assassin's Creed 2, Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, Assassin's Creed Revelations and Assassin's Creed 3, along with the expansion packs and DLC. It also throws in the Assassin's Creed 3 Season Pass, which provides full access to all upcoming DLC for AC3. Also included are five lithographs, a steel book, and a collector's box.
Sounds like a pretty good deal we are missing out on here in America. Perhaps with enough pressure Ubisoft will decide to release it here.
